Saturday: Cheese and nut stuffed shells, spinach salad with cranberries and toasted almonds, pudding and berries for dessert (vegetarian)
Sunday: Leftover portobellos, wilted kale, limed apple slices
Monday: Zucchini and cheese frittata, orange slices
