Day 208 in 2023

Twenty years yesterday.

We celebrated tonight because last night was all power outages and downed trees and we were happier at home, safely tucked in as a family of three. Every year has brought something new. Some of it was good, some of it was bad, all of it has brought us to where we are now, and I wouldn't change any of it. Or not much anyway. I like the lay of the land from here.
